These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement governing the use of the tk90 platform and all its services. When you visit the tk90 website, create an account, or use any service, you will be considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Registration Requirements

To create an account on tk90, users must meet the following requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh
Must provide a valid mobile number and contact details
Each individual may hold only one account
Registration on behalf of another person or as a representative is not permitted

Prohibited Individuals

The following individuals may not use tk90:

Any person under 21 years of age
Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited
Owners of accounts previously permanently closed by tk90
Individuals enrolled in a self-exclusion program
tk90 employees and their immediate family members

Information Verification & Identity Confirmation

tk90 reserves the right to verify an account holder's identity, age, and residency at any time. If required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended. It is each user's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited.

Limits & Timeframes

Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
Withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same
A notification will be sent once a transaction is completed

Important Transaction Rules

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from the account holder's own mobile financial service account. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure. tk90 may take additional time to verify unusual or suspicious transactions. If a transaction is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

Welcome Bonus Detailed Terms

A 150% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit at tk90, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).

          Example 1: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.
        

          Example 2: A deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳37,000.
        

Additional bonus terms:

The welcome bonus applies only once per account
If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited
Attempting to use bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
tk90 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion
If abuse of a bonus offer is suspected, tk90 may conduct an investigation and suspend the account

VIP Program Terms

tk90's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). VIP tier changes depend on regular gaming activity and are evaluated by tk90. VIP benefits apply only to active and eligible accounts. tk90 may modify the VIP program terms at any time.

Fair Play & Security Policy

Nature of the Service

Account Closure & Suspension

Account Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time. A closure request must be submitted through the support team. It is important to withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Any active bonuses will be cancelled at the time of account closure.

Account Suspension or Closure by tk90

tk90 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Serious breach of the Terms
If evidence of fraud or cheating is found
If account information is proven to be false or incomplete
If bonus abuse or operation of multiple accounts is discovered
If involvement in illegal activities is suspected

Funds in permanently closed accounts may be seized if the reason for closure is fraud or a breach of the Terms.
